Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Polhill account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included, and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
