Westland Tree & Shrub Planting & Potting Mix Peat Free is specially developed to give trees and shrubs the right growing conditions from planting through to establishment. Designed for use when planting out or potting on, this peat free compost supports strong, healthy growth while helping plants settle quickly and successfully in their new environment.

With a high performance blend that includes a 6 month slow release feed, added biochar and a zinc complex, this compost strengthens plants from the inside out. The zinc complex supports the production of plant growth hormones, improving the movement of water and nutrients, promoting root and shoot development and encouraging photosynthesis. Part of the specialist compost range from Westland, it also helps reduce transplant shock while improving moisture retention and long term plant resilience.
