The Automatic Fire Starter lights the charcoal at the press of a button and the Kontrol Fan holds your chosen temperature with steady airflow. You can manage the entire cook through the digital Kontrol Board or the Kamado Joe app, adjusting heat, checking probes and reviewing temperature graphs across a full day of cooking. For those who prefer a traditional approach the grill also works in Classic Mode, giving you full manual command over the fire.

The two tier Divide and Conquer system offers genuine multi zone cooking, letting you sear, roast and smoke at different temperatures at the same time. The Air Lift hinge makes the dome easy to raise with one finger and the Kontrol Tower top vent maintains stable airflow when you open the lid. Built with the AMP Firebox and a fibreglass mesh gasket, the Big Joe holds heat reliably and delivers long lasting performance. Supplied with shelves, cart, heat deflectors, a meat probe and stainless steel grates, it arrives ready for serious cooking.
